Participated in an implant and crown procedure. Communication with Practice was very poor with lots of inconsistent excuses when contact was finally made. Attempts were made by phone and e-mail but questions went unanswered. I was left in mid procedure with no communication. I fired him.
I was in the middle of an implant / crown procedure and could not get the Practice to respond to phone or emails. Many poor excuses given eventually. Undue stress and anxiety produced. I fired him.
