Kondo family dentistry down the road was scamming me on the work that I needed and billing me out of pocket. Left work half way done with them came into Dr. Ocampos office. They scheduled me X-rays and a cleaning & the next day I went in for the remaining work that Kondo dentistry didn’t finish. I paid nothing out of pocket and everything was covered by my insurance. I LOVED IT HERE, meanwhile Im still paying off a $3700 dentist bill from Kondos Dentistry.
Dr. Ocampo and his team have taken care of my mother's oral health for over 20 years. Always professional and caring.
This is by far the #1 Dentist office in Santa Cruz county. I was blown away by amazing attention to detail and quality of care you receive here. I highly recommend Dr Ocampo and his crew for your dental needs.
My dentist stopped taking my insurance and I had to look for a new provider since I was due for a cleaning. I found Dr Ocampo and scheduled an appointment. After reading these negative reviews, I wish I would have read them prior to going to him. My appointment was canceled the same morning because the dental hygienist called in sick. No big deal, I took their next appointment which was at 7:45am and arranged for time off work (again). This place is horrible I waisted so much money here. When I complained about there work or pain I had that was never there before they blame the patient and take no responsibility. Please save your money and go elsewhere.
