I was with Dr. Crisp for 3 years until he retired. He was a good Dr so I started seeing him. But over time things got bad. I was so glad he retired because he talks down to you. He would ask you a question about your pain but when you tried to tell him. He would talk over you and you never got the chance to say anything. How can you help me or know where my pain is if I never told you. I would advise to go somewhere else. You need a doctor that would listen and understand what you going through.

Dr. Crisp is rude and currently talks through a computer screen. He is virtual but his patients and staff aren’t which says a lot. He speaks down to you and has zero bedside manners. How can you truly offer medical services through a computer screen? He treats you like you’re a drug addict and offers no empathy to your medical needs. With the exception of Mrs. Ann, his staff are equally unprofessional and weird. Don’t let the clean office and prime location fool you.

He’s rude and pretentious. There’s literally nothing worse than being spoken down to by a Dr. that has to work as hard as he does to sound intelligent.

I have been seeing Dr Crisp for about 20 years now. I myself have been in or around the medical field from patient care to pharmaceutical research. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable and caring. I have been called at home in the evening and on the weekend during severe issues. I only have an active life due to his great care. I have recommended him to both family and friends.

I have been having Pain due to injuries and back surgery since 1994. He is the first to actually give me relief. Love him and the staff.

Highly recommend. Very caring and concerned doctor. Been going to him a. good while and with injections and meds he's really helping me manage my pain.

It was a nightmare he had given lumbar injection in wrong place all he wanted was to hook me up with his buddy the back surgeon just so his buddy could make money off the high cost surgery he is so strange don't go too him.

I saw him once and he did nothing for me and I was basically dismissed from the clinic for no reason. I later received a bill stating that I owed $3280 for the drug urine test they did because Solutions was not covered under my insurance. I feel I should have been notified prior to this because I would have just left.
