I booked an appointment. There was a heavy rain and traffic, so it took me an hour and 30 minutes to get there instead of an hour. And when I called them to let them know that I’m almost there, but just 10 minutes late, the doctor said that I have to reschedule. I asked to figure something out, because my knee hurts a lot and I spent so much time on the road already. But they just don’t care.
