I hate the dentist, but love this office...they are so sweet, gentle and kind. I know I am being taken care of.
Dr. Greg is a second generation dentist. My parents and I went to his father years ago. Now, I live in Florida, but always make certain to see Dr. Greg when in the Cleveland area. He has gone out of his way to help me more than once. In fact, I have driven toothless cross country to have him fix the problem... that says it all!
My whole family sees this father/son team. They are excellent! I have been going to them for 29 years!
Everyone in Dr Patacca's office is pleasant and professional. I can get an emergency appointment quickly and can consult him by phone easily if needed. I grew up afraid of dentists but Dr Patacca's chair-side manner is so supportive that I know I'm in good hands. And he can have me smiling or laughing in no time. I feel like he knows who I am and that I'm not just a name on an appointment list. And from what I've seen I'll bet a lot of his patients feel the same way.
These dentists ( father son dentist team ) are great with children! Our whole extended family goes here and we will be faithful customers for years.
