Dr. Fulcher is a very caring Doctor. He listens to his patients. If he don't know what the problem is..he will make sure you get tested.
Dr. Fulcher is the Best! He spends quality time with me and sincerely cares about his patients. I am so glad my husband found him because I know I am in the Best of hands. He's truly a dedicated doctor. Thanks for the excellent care!
