I will never return. I went to him for dizziness and headaches that had been occurring for a while. I was thinking vertigo after cardio found nothing. He said it wasn’t vertigo very flippantly. Didn’t even test me or read the detailed notes I gave the nurse. I heard him talking in the room next me and he walked out and right into my room, slouched down in his chair non-chalantly and asked why I was there. My husband was injured playing hockey. Dr. Duplechain was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, & had great bedside manner. He will be our go to for any ENT needs in the future. Photos attached before & after surgery—both comfortable & trusting the care being provided.
Excellent Care. Dr. Duplechain took the time to listen to me and was truly concerned. I I have been a nurse for over 40 years and I have met many of doctors. You lean to know which ones want to get you out really fast and move on to the next patient. That was definitely NOT the case. He took the time to listen and never cut me off once from describing my situation. In my opinion, one of the best ENTs around. Thank you sir. Your time to actually listen means more than you know.
