Excellent front office staff. I called for appointment and scheduling staff worked me in couple weeks later in a cx appointment. Most offices never call you back. I routinely have teeth cleaning performed in Raleigh, but recently have been spending more time in Danville. I have never had a more thorough cleaning than the one I had with Lisa. Dr. Howard then did a complete oral exam and I was given a ‘clean’ bill of teeth health. Can’t say enough about what a pleasant experience it was being seen in Dr. Howard’s office.
Dr. Howard and his staff are outstanding. They have always been accommodating in emergency situations. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone.
I've been a patient of Dr. Howard's for almost 25 years. He's knowledgeable, skilled, positive, gentle, and has a sense of humor.
He's the single best dentist in the region. The office staff are friendly and courteous, and usually able to accommodate emergency procedures on relatively short notice.
