Dr. Cowan is the greatest! I never have to wait long in his office, whether to see him or get my allergy shot. When I have an appointment with him, he seems totally focused on me and my issues. He listens and takes his time. Dr. Cowan explains things to me so I understand what is going on. He sets my mind at ease. He is the doctor that diagnosed my hives, not the dermatologist to whom my primary doctor sent me.
