Horrible!! Dr is very very rude!! He did nothing but make things worse.....
I thought he was great and professional. Staff seems very friendly and the office very clean.
Friendly staff, clean office, easy parking and the Dr. seems knowledgeable. The problem is, they seem to majorly overbook patients since this place is very busy. Arriving on time (or early) for an appointment won't keep you from waiting. Even simple things like an eye pressure check can take HOURS here. Prepare to waste a good chunk of your day if you have to visit.
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The office staff is completely ignorant of what is happening and they are clearly overworked. At my initial visit the doctor he seemed very sterile and impersonal. I was having trouble with one of my eyes so I decided to give the office one more chance. After waiting for almost two months for my appointment, on the day I went in for my laser procedure the wrong procedure was written on the paperwork. The doctor was great. But definitely needs to train better staff. One put the wrong thing in my eye. She was very belligerent when I questioned her. The staff makes the first impression of any office.
