This office has been nonresponsive to insurance-related billing inquiries. They do not answer emails, phone calls, or appropriately address such issues when they are brought to their attention during office visits. Dr. Beckos may be a fine doctor, but, from my experience, the office staff is incompetent and unprofessional in handling billing, insurance, and related paperwork. My comment is not an anomaly. One merely needs to read the other Google reviews.

Absolutely, unequivocally worst customer service, and rudest staff I've ever encountered. Maria has the worst attitude I've ever experienced at a Doctors office. Two words: Stay away.
Beckos is a nice and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. The Queens boulevard office (musculoskeletal-family-urgent care etc.) seems chaotic and incompetent. To give just one recent example, it is unclear to me why I had to come to no less than three appointments, one to have bloodwork ordered, one to have the blood drawn, and one to discuss results. Dr.Gregory is AMAZING ! He takes his time to speak to you and listen to you. I had to reschedule my appointment & unfortunately meet with another doctor named “Dr.Salem”. I simply went for my blood work results & my concern. I waited two hours, he came in & rushed within 2 mins fast ran my report & said I have high cholesterol THAT’S IT. It says on the damn paper I can read but break down the report and explain, NO !!! I repeatedly kept asking him what to do ? My reports, my concern & he kept ignoring me.
