Rude receptionist argued with me on the phone. Takes 92838 days to get through. No one cares in real life. I’m sure I’ll never get my test results now after writing this review! :)

Takes forever to get a call through, and they don't tell you about a bill until 2 years later? Call center and billing department seriously needs a lot of work, get it together UMC. Other than that, the doctors are great. Wouldn't recommend to someone due to the lack of customer service they have in both the call center and billing department. Very unprofessional, the representative I was speaking to told me "we're cracking down on bills", after 2 years? ...wow.
