I have only visited Dr. Young once and he seems to be a very competent doctor, however I can’t say the same for his staff at his office. Dr. Young had ordered a barium swallow test for me and no one ever called me about it to schedule it. The office staff did not bother to follow up with me or the hospital to ensure that it was scheduled. I might be wrong, but when I go see a doctor I don't consider it a parent child relationship where I have to constantly be on them to carry out what the doctor ordered.
Dr Young is thorough in his observations ,and recommendations. My nasal surgery went very smooth and he explained in detail what to expect Post Op. With over 25 years of nasal congestion I should of done this along time ago. My experience with not only him but his whole staff is fantastic! Thank You All!
With my health condition I have been to dozens of doctors. Some good some bad. Doctor Young is perhaps one of the best I've ever been to. He speaks in terms you understand and has an overall genuine kind disposition. He took his time and went over all my complaints.
Dr. Young was able to immediately key into what was wrong. I thought it was sinus and it turned out to be something else. Prescription helped me. Have follow up appointment. I did give two friends his name so they too can come in to see him. So happy with him.
