Had RA for 14 years. Get a steroid injection every three months if there’s a flair up. Sometimes 1 time a year. Went to ER in level 9 pain. He refused to give me a steroid shot cuz he couldn’t reach my rheumatologist. Dr is a quack. I have never in my 14 years of autoimmune had an emergency room doc refuse to treat inflammation.
