Have to go through hoops to simply get your medication refilled, even if it is OTC acid reflux medication. Not to mention, front office staff was incredibly rude to start the phone call off. Saw Greg for 10 years, but can't keep doing this.
I just recently started seeing Dr. Polidori this year and he is an excellent doctor. He is extremely understanding, a great listener, and communicator. He has truly helped me feel better and I completely trust him with my medical needs!
I've been seeing Dr Polidori for about 15 years and been acquainted with his practice for about 10 more years. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, compassionate and skilled. When I asked a few of the Providence ER folks who they would recommend for colonoscopies, Dr. Polidori was high on the list (and another is one of his associates!). His office staff couldn't have been nicer in our interactions for appointments and preregistration for 3 colonoscopies he has performed for me.
I'm a new patient with Dr. Polidori and after the first appt I completely trust him with my medical needs. He is an excellent communicator, thorough and proactive in resolving my issues. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
I’ve worked with Dr. Polidori a couple of times now. He’s a smart doc with great bedside manner. Also does a great job educating me on conditions for which he is treating me. When it comes to Dr. Polidori, no cons come to mind. Great doc all around.
