I’ve worked with Dr. Polidori a couple of times now. He’s a smart doc with great bedside manner. Also does a great job educating me on conditions for which he is treating me. When it comes to Dr. Polidori, no cons come to mind. Great doc all around.

I've been going to Dr Polidori for 30 years and find him to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous, compassionate, gentle, capable, willing to consider alternatives when the mainstream treatments do not work or cannot be tolerated, and accommodating of personal schedules and limitations. When I asked a few of the Beaumont-Royal Oak ER nurses who they would recommend for colonoscopies, they overwhelmingly said Dr. Polidori. He is easy to talk with, and listens well. I actually look forward to my next colonoscopy!

Dr, Gregg is a cool doctor from the last time I saw him a few years ago, which is why I called to reschedule another appt, however, his assistant/scheduler indeed is/was very rude, upset that she had a patient in front of her and that another patient was calling to schedule an appt and has taken a week+ to call back. Not good business and now I’m forced to go elsewhere. God bless

I saw this doctor when I was a teenager, and he helped me a lot, and was a nice person. I just saw him as an adult, and he made me feel absolutely horrible, and essentially blamed all of my health problems on me. His bedside manner has become awful. I don’t know if he’s sick of being a doctor or what it is, but I literally left the appointment crying, and Immediately started looking for a different gastroenterologist. I wouldn’t recommend anyone see this doctor, I’ve never had a specialist make me feel so bad about myself.

I will have to agree with Julie Karshina review as well. I have had the same identical experience. I have been trying to schedule two different procedures with Dr. Polidori since June when my doctor ordered the procedures. I also left several messages, transferred to other number only to get voice mail, left messages on 4 different occassions. Yes, the person that finally answered the call, Patricia, with an authoritarian tone was extremely rude with tons of excuses. Instead of trying to offer a solution to calm things down,... read more
