Horrible service. They make an appt with you then make you wait for hours. No respect for patients time.
We were very impressed with Dr Berdy & staff. Dry eye info given was so much more detailed than previous Dr's. 4 stars given because of difficulty reaching the office. Messages left for the Dr re: prescribed med issues have still not been returned. I'll try to reach them again today
First Rate Service. Showed thoroughness, efficiency, and teamwork that gave me a sense of being cared for. Thank You to everyone. See you next year.
