Dr Thompson and his receptionist Anne are an amazing team. Anne is so friendly and will try hard to get you in quickly to see Dr Thompson. She takes time to chat and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. From the moment I walked in to sitting in the patient chair, the experience was excellent. Dr. Greg Thompson is incredibly patient, understanding, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I came in for a long-standing deviated septum/adenoid issue that's bothered me since childhood after seeing doctors in Dubai and London, ON, Dr. Thompson was the first to truly listen and address all my (admittedly silly) questions without rushing or brushing anything off. Dr. Thompson is amazing. We have been going to Dr. Thompson for awhile. My son has special needs and has had surgery done by Dr. Thompson. His patients with my son and the bed side manner is above none. There is nothing he doesn't explain. If you are in need of and ENT this is the doctor for you. Thank you to Dr. Thompson and his staff they are all fantastic.
