Called to set up appointment based of insurance referral that he accepts new patients. Office mgr on phone said they don’t accept new patients and would give me another number to call. I said great and I’ll let my insurance know that your not accepting new patients. She nastily said “great” and promptly hung up on me. If they staff is like this it’s normally a reflection of the doctor.
Very knowledgeable, great manner, and so easy to talk to. Have been with him over a year and love him to death. Can’t imagine seeing anyone else. Highly recommend.
