My husband tried to schedule an appointment with the Dermatologist and the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and deterring. If I'm asking for a consultation on something I don't need you to tell me what he won't do. At the bare minimum, I'm expecting feedback from a professional, and/or a referral if he's unable to treat the issue. Why are we qualifying patients who are seeking help from a Doctor in the field they specialize in? Makes no sense to me.
He told me if I believed in god I wouldn’t have eczema.
I love Dr Kreneck and his staff! I love that they take time to make you feel heard and explain what is going on. I love that they share their faith and political views and aren’t afraid to be who they are. I’ve never experienced a physician that was forthcoming with their faith and wanting to share with me when I expressed a need. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!
