I had a complex ankle fracture that severed my Tibia and Fibula. Dr. Gaski was my attending doctor at Inova, and he was empathetic of my situation and explained the issues, next steps, surgery, and complications in a very clear manner. I had to wait for 2 weeks for my surgery after the accident, but everything went well, and now at a point where I am comfortable walking without any supports, which I never imagined that it would be this quick. I felt uncomfortable, anxious, rushed, and not listened to at all, and also my true concerns and questions were not even answered to my satisfaction even mediocrely, which lead to me experiencing feelings of lingering concerns of my health/ injury complications/ ortho. I felt extremely unsatisfied under Dr. Greg Gaski’s care for my fractured bones. Dr. Gaski is professional, has great bedside manners and is surgically talented. He listens, answers questions and involved me in selecting treatment options and decision-making. I am grateful to him and his team including Dr. Richard Lee.
Dr. Gaski may be a great doctor, but I didn't have time to find out. During both of my appointments, I saw him for less than 5 minutes. It seemed like he couldn't get out of there fast enough, like he was on some kind of assembly line and it was bother to answer our questions. I would not go back again because I didn't feel like I was being cared for.
Dr Gasky performed a wrist fracture procedure early 2021 and the procedure and follow up was impeccable. Highly recommended 🤩thanks for your service many blessings to Dr Gasky
