The WORST Dr & staff I have ever saw!! Stay away!!
Seems more focused on his feet than patient health
Dr. Cheatham is very caring, but his front office staff some are not nice and unprofessional even when you call in. They don't call about your blood work you have to call them. I really like Dr. Cheatham very much.
Been with Dr Cheatham for 2 years. Officially leaving to another PCP. I can never get refills. They use a voice mail system that never gets checked. He, himself, told me it was due to a former staff that they let go of but I still cant get refills! Called today and was hung up on. Called back and was put on hold by their receptionist for 10 minutes and then it sent to voicemail. Called again and said ive left voicemails and no one has gotten back to me.
