Staff and nursing staff are non-responsive, uncaring, and sometimes rude. Great difficulty getting a PA completed to get needed medications. I have no complaints about Dr Cheatham but he is responsible for his staff and the efficiency of his office
Dr G Cheatham is the best doctor you could ask for. I have been my Doctor for over 25 years. I will never change. Sometimes it see his NP and she is great too. They are the power team. I love them both like family.
Doctor is great but the office staff is, there terrible at picking up the phone and getting back to me on results/prescriptions/referrals/refills.
All about the money. 3 clinics, a opioid detox at Parkway and does groups mandated to come if receiving suboxone then charges $20.00 each support groups visit and he is not even there. Greed. Greed. Greed.
