In an effort to remain completely transparent, I have not personally met this doctor, however, as the primary care taker for my mother I have been directly impacted by her actions which is partially what prompted me to write this review. I ordered and paid for a pair of orthopedic shoes for my mom over 6 weeks ago. I have been calling Dtm Gredlein office and have not received any word as of to date. I am very disappointed for the lack of concern for my mother's health
