Came for appointment . Rachel resigned and the office didn’t contact me. Once I arrived for appointment, they deferred to reschedule after the holidays. Never heard from them.
Dr Wong is a gifted surgeon - compassionate, kind and skilled! He worked me in due to an emergency recently and was so thankful!! if you are looking for the BEST then see him. He is very attentive and a great listener and really put together a long-term treatment plan I can work with.
I’ve seen nurse Rachel multiple times now for my Botox and laser hair removal. She is so kind and funny and very knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this office.
Dr. Wongs staff, led by his scheduler Susan who is also his wife, are extremely unprofessional. They do not answer their phone during normal business hours and let patients go to voicemail. They then don’t return those voicemail calls regarding important procedural concerns even after 24 hours. My prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy and even though it wasn’t a big deal, scheduler Susan got very defensive when I asked where I could pick them up as they weren’t at my pharmacy.
