I called with some urgent issues and was given an appointment the same day. The entire staff was excellent and put me at ease. They were all efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Both Jillian and Amy were great! I highly recommend this office.
Calling this office is an exercise in patience and tolerance. I usually wait 15 minutes for my call to be answered. I am consistently told it will be a 5 month wait to see the doctor I have seen for many years and a 9 week wait to see a nurse. I have suffered from skin conditions only to be misdiagnosed three times before a fourth doctor looked at the problem. RecommendedExcellence providers and staff. High level of care
I called to make an appointment due to a rash and they told me they couldn't fit me in for a month!! Told me to go to urgent care.I have been a patient there for years but won't be any longer. This is unbelievable!!
Waited two months to be seen by Dr. Fedeman only to find out on the day of visit that the office had made a mistake and scheduled me to be seen by a nurse practitioner. I complained to the office manager who rudely said that was nothing they could do other than rescheduling the appointment and having to wait another two months. Very rude office manager whom did not even apologize for their own mistake. I don't recommend this place at all.
I have been a patient for many years. First of all, Dr. Goldberg is a caring and expert physician. Secondly, the support staff is nothing short of wonderful— Each member of the staff is thoroughly courteous and highly professional. I just thought that after all this time, I should say something.
