Dr. Cheng performed an HSG on me and it was the worst most painful traumatic medical experience of my life. She barely spoke to me, deigned to shake my hand, and then right into the procedure without explaining anything. She was rough and when I pulled away -- because it was EXCRUCITATING - she barked at me to get back into place. I had to have her stop which to her credit she did when I asked, but then though I was shaking, sweating, and very close to passing out she just swanned right out of the room without a word, leavin... read more
Saw this doctor today and it was the most horrible experience. She was very insensitive and had the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. I wish I had done more research on her prior to scheduling but trusted my facility's decision in having her on their staff. I hope no-one has to go through what I did today.
Stay away! No bedside manners, arrogant, doesn't care about you or your babies.
This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. They have terrible service even when you have an emergency situation. I do not reccomend going here.
