Had an appt for my bedridden brother, Dr. Patterson was a no-show. He's on meds that he needs to survive and she refuses to send in the scripts. Constantly calling her assistant and not getting a reply. The place where he gets his medical supplies has been trying to reach her for months to fill out the correct paperwork and still no response. Terrible customer service. I have been trying to contact this office for over a month to complete a medical needs form for my client seeking in home care services and 2 times I called, they couldn't find the patient (their patient) that I was calling about. Afterwards, I continued to be told to refax the forms. I asked if there was an email address for me to send, and they told me to " fax the forms." I have followed up on the completion of the document 5 times (11/7, 11/13, 11/19, 11/20, 11/26) and have not gotten a respons... read more

Yes dr Patterson has been my pain dr for 7 year and is A very good dr and person I love that about her ..!!!
Horrible doctor the way she treats her patients are so unfair.. makes patients wait days before receiving meds after having and appointment.very hard to get in touch with poor patients need there meds suffering from chronic pain.i do not recommend this doctor she's all about the money.treats her patients like they need her SMH ..
