Where do I even start?.... I went to The Smilist in Amityville in December 2021 to meet Dr. Grace D'Oria - O'Connor because she had several good reviews on a couple of websites. She was friendly and began to work on some of my cavities with fillings. The first issue I realized was that I wasn't given enough numbing / novocaine. She injected the gum but didn't do the cotton swab method first.
