Welcoming, patient, and thorough check-in and check-out process. Prompt appointment back to the exam room with assistant. Dr. Crane is very professional, personable and she explains the treatment plan completely. She was very concerned for my comfort and will follow-up personally for all my necessary future testing and treatment. The medical services overall with this practice are wonderful.
I absolutely loved Dr. Crane! She always listened to my questions and never judged me for them even if they sounded ridiculous and I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my checkups!
Dr. Grace Crane was incredible. She always took time to answer any questions throughout my first pregnancy and made me feel less nervous and well cared for. The Grand Rapids Women’s Health group was amazing through my entire pregnancy from my first apt. to my post pregnancy apt. I cannot recommend Women’s Health Group and Dr. Grace Crane enough!
