The doctor is horrible, no empathy at all , only receptionist is nice and kind
Despite the negative reviews I chose to see Dr. Gould. His receptionist was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile. Dr. Gould was busy but managed to see me in a very timely manner. He took the time to go through my extensive medical history. He was very pleasant to speak with and I felt very comfortable having him as part of my medical care team.
I was referred by the ER doctor to see a specialist and the referral was made to Dr. Gould's office. My visit in November 2024 was incredibly frustrating and one of the worst experiences I've ever had. This doctor showed no empathy or regard for me as a patient. I was in and out within two minutes and was told it was a waste of time to come all that way, as he didn't receive the proper information from the referring doctor. My only regret is that I didn't walk out immediately upon realizing who I was dealing with.
Dr Michael Gould is an outstanding physician, I was really sick nobody knew the reason and he was the one who did find the right treatment and now I feel great all thanks to this great doctor and his wonderful team . I own them so much and I am always grateful for what they do.
