TERRIBLE DENTIST!! Listen to the previous review! He will not care if you’re uncomfortable and will force you to endure pain. He wants everything done fast and will keep going even though you tell him to stop. He’s sloppy and has caused me emotional trauma around dentist appointments now. He’s even forgot to numb my mouth one time when filling a cavity and I had intense chest pains from the stress and when I told him he forgot to numb my mouth he didn’t even apologize and was so nonchalant about it. I really like this place... Dr.Swatton is a really good dentist. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I would recommend this dentist.
I’m new to Sudbury and have neglected to see a dentist for over 7 years. I booked an appointment with this office and I’m really really glad. The hygienist took the time to explain what she is doing. Mary, the receptionist was so welcoming. I get to see Dr. Swatton this week and I’m not nervous at all (i’m usually nervous to see a dentist). Highly recommend this office!
⛔️ HORRIBLE DENTIST WARNING ‼️ Dr. Gordon should NOT be allowed to practice anymore. Excuse me but he had so much rage as if he’s working on an animal under his hand. My mother’s jaw was sore for weeks.. He’s a greedy and grumpy old man who can barely hear or see. Zero feelings. He doesn’t even care about patient’s comfort at all, when I told him my mom’s ear hurts as she had a procedure done previously he said “ well next time get an ear plug” and continued.
