Been with this dental office when they were at 65 larch street! This new dental studio area is great! Plenty of free parking! The staff are friendly, Dr. Gordon has been great at taking care of my teeth! Office is right outside the elevator on the third floor! I prefer parking in the back near the food Basics!
Refused to help with emergency services even with government dental insurance because they "don't make enough profit accepting government insurance", so they only accept private insurance that will cover their outrageously greedy profit margin or $600+ cash for a single tooth pulling, (even though I've never had a tooth pulling cost more than $200 without insurance anywhere else in the country) Reception was ignorant disrespectful and rude, and was one of the most stuck up, snobbish, and greedy places I've ever been too. I don't normally take the time to leave reviews, but I have to explain the amazing experience I had today, I had an absolutely amazing service from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to accommodate and were very careful and understanding. Dr Swatton was very helpful with answering every question that I have which made me feel more comfortable about my upcoming procedure.
