The unprofessionalism of the office manager here is unreal. Dr Sheilds is amazing but his office mgr needs to go!

My daughter and I had a great experience with Dr. Shields. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an AWESOME AND CARING AENT DOCTOR. I was very impressed with him and his staff. He gave me a rundown in the beginning, came in and told me how the procedure went in the end and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He also took time out to call and check on her HIMSELF later that day after the procedure. HE HAS SUCH A SWEETHEART.
