Went to this doctor for a second opinion on my knee. All he did was say that the first doctor was right. Even though I knew something wasn’t right with my knee. After seeing a 3rd doctor in park city I got my knee fixed and got back to normal. This doctor is useless.
I wish I would have read the reviews. I had my knee replaced and was plaqued with spasms that prevented me from sleeping in bed had to do the recliner. My knee is still numb at the knee cap but still hurts when I walk. I can't lay on my side in bed because I have pain in the left back of the knee that causes me to lay flat on my back. His PA Dr. Larson is great but Dr. Olsen never shows up at my check ups. I have buyers remorse so please don't go to him. I'm four months out now and and have pain all the time. If I could post a no star review I would. Arrogant, condescending, and incompetent would be my descriptors for Dr. Olsen. I have had two family members treated by him. My wife needed a screw removed, and in the words of the U of U surgeon who had to fix his failed surgical attempt “He failed due to a lack of planning and due diligence”. My father had an issue as well but it’s not my place to talk about it. This is a warning to please find another service provider if you are needing an orthopedic surgeon.
