After reading the last post I felt comfortable sharing my review. I also had a bad experience with the ladies that answer the phones at this office. I was so shaken after speaking with them that I decided to take my children somewhere else. They were rude and made me feel terrible over a time conflict.
If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen that! This office and it's staff are some of the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever encountered! The receptionist, Angela, not only snaps at patients but raises her voice and degrades them. My daughter was given a quote that didn't match up to the final bill and when she called she was made to cry and defend herself repeatedly.
