This place is terrible. I say hello of course when I call this lady asked me why I'm calling I said well let's check my insurance first because there's no point in doing anything let's make sure you take it and then she cuts me off in the mid-sentence and says the doctor is retiring on October 31st so I'm like okay? Then she asked me if I wanted an appointment and then I got really confused and just hung up
He is best Dr for the colon! He knows what he is doing and is out for your best interest. I had a pet scan for cancer and he didn’t want to take a chance and let my colonoscopy go. He was able to get it approved! Truly amazing doctor who care about his patients. Staff is great too. Never wait long and they have the scheduling down to a science.
Dr Souaid is very professional and easy to talk with. Felt safe and well looked after.
