I had an amazing experience at this eye clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The eye exam was very thorough, and Dr. Creasor explained everything clearly, making sure I understood my eye health and prescription. Ive been a patient of Dr. GORDON Creasor for what seems like a lifetime. I wouldn't trust my eyes to any other optometrist. He is very thorough and tells it the wasn't is.....I appreciate that approach.
Having a few different eye conditions, I appreciated the very thorough eye examination and explanations provided by Dr. Creasor. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Terrible terrible office service. My wife and I both ordered prescription glasses. They took months to arrive, and then mine were not correct and had to be sent back. This past year I badly scratched one of my lenses. I ordered new ones. 9 weeks went by, I finally phoned and they apologized because they had forgotten to tell me my order was ready. When I drove in, they said the person that puts the lenses in the frames was off on stress-leave, wouldn't be back for months, and they would need to send my glasses to Ottawa. Dr.... read more
I can't really to speak to the level of care provided as it seems impossible to get an appointment. Nobody answers the phone. They don't return messages. They obviously don't need me as a patient and I suspect they don't need you either.
