Dr. Khera and his staff were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to solve a time problem I had. Found them to be very professional in solving my problem. Dr. Khera was extremely caring as well as very helpful in explaining my test results. I would highly recommend him!

The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful to everyone. While I was waiting in the lobby, I watched her interact with multiple patients, and she consistently came across as dismissive and unprofessional. When I visit a doctor's office, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. Dr. Khera provides excellent care, but the attitude of the front desk staff creates a negative first impression and reflects poorly on the practice. Front desk is abysmal. They don't know anything and get frustrated when you ask questions. I called for an appointment and never got a confirmation email. I called back to asking for a confirmation and she said "well did you give us your email". Then I called back to get the code so I can know how much it's going to cost me, they told me to call billing. I called billing and they told me that the front desk has the codes. Dr. Khera is a caring and kind doctor. Very attentive to patient's needs. However, his office front manager is so terribly rude to people, on the phone and in person, I had great anxiety going into the office. I don't know why Dr. Khera allows this behavior.
