Dr. Khera is a caring and kind doctor. Very attentive to patient's needs. However, his office front manager is so terribly rude to people, on the phone and in person, I had great anxiety going into the office. I don't know why Dr. Khera allows this behavior.
THIS OFFICE IS CLOSED FOR LUNCH! I took my Mother to pay her Dr. bill and the Front Desk lady, Cassandra, Very Rudely said, “It’s lunchtime “ and said nothing else! What a B!!! Maybe the office should post the Closed lunch hours online AND on their door!! I saw other patients trying to open the door, then just walked away. My Mother will be going to another Cardiologist! If you don’t like your job then you should move on to do something else! It’s not right to treat patients or anyone for that matter that way Cassandra!
Cassandra needs to be trained in customer service. I read the response, and thanks to Cassandra's actions, I avoided the mistake of becoming a patient.
