Highly recommending Dr Gorbatov,he is very professional, cooperative, nice as a person, the office is extremely clean and welcoming, what make the patients always to feel. comfortable and special,all people working there also are very nice along with the Dr Gorbatov make the atmosphere in the office very friendly!
SCAM. Was asked to pay $2500.00 up front for services on a loose crown. Was from out of state on vacation. Three claims were filed by his office with several duplicate charges and one charge for a bite adjust on a day when I was having work done by my regular dentist 1500 miles away from Dr Gorbatov’s office. DG Dentistry makes you pay in full at the front desk as well as taking your insurance details. But don't expect to receive you refund because when the insurance company sends the payments directly back to the Dentist they keep it and will not reimburses their patient. I spoke to the insurance company who confirmed that they payed DG Dentistry, so now DG Dentistry has received double payments. I have several cases still open with my insurance company, where Dmitry Gorbatov still owes me several thousands of dollars.
