Dr. Patel is a very kind, attentive, through doctor who listens to your problem and explains it and the treatment. He not only treats your problem but the patient with kindness and understanding.
Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes time to explain things and I never feel rushed. He came highly recommended by my family practice and I can see why, he is very personable and the entire staff is prompt and friendly. They also have a pharmacy onsite which is very convenient.
He has always checked further studies on me and my condition and is very caring and very we’ll educated in his field of dermatology
I arrived early for my 1:15 appointment at his Paoli office (on a Tuesday), filled out my paperwork, paid the co-pay and then waited more than 45 minutes before being taken back by a technician. I was then informed that they could not tell me how much longer he would be, so I left - I had another obligation. Evidently Tuesdays are bad in Paoli. I tried to pick another day but only Tuesdays were available so I was refunded my co-pay and I left. His staff was very nice.
Dr Patel seems knowledgeable, friendly while maintaining professionalism, and conversational in discussing any issues. He gives options, provides his opinions, but didn't pressure me toward any particular option. Once I was called back from the waiting room, Dr Patel came to the exam room promptly. While he is efficient in how he communicates, he still seems present and responsive. The staff is friendly and effective. They make it easy to schedule needed checkups.
