LEAKING ROOF NEW TILE ROOF IN 2007. HAD REPAIRED IN 2008 UNDER WARRANTY BY MR. GOODROOF AFTER GOING THROUGH HELL TO GET THEM THERE. NEW LEAK DISCOVERED IN JAN. 2010, AGAIN HAD TO GO THROUGH HELL WITH NUMEROUS CALLS TO HAVE THEM COME OUT TO REPAIR. I HAVE SOLD MY HOUSE SINCE THEN AND THE ORIGINAL LEAK FROM 2008 HAS REAPEARED AND MR. GOODROOF REFUSES TO HONOR THE WARRANTY. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK.

Sloppy Workmanship I puschased a tile roof from Dr. Goodroof and the installers did a sloppy job installing the new system. I asked about sealing the roof and the salesman said it did not need it. Noe 4 years later my f roof is black with mold, so if you do purhase a tile roof in Florida consider a good quality aftermarket tile sealer.

Poor Quality Repair while under warranty Repaired roof leak while under warranty. Repair lasted 1.5 years-just long enough to get us out of warranty. Now they want us to pay $650.00 for Dr. Goodroof to fix correctly like it should have been done in the first place. Poor customer service especially if the builder is out of business.
