Durante mi examen médico migratorio, el doctor me preguntó directamente si había estado en la cárcel y lo justificó diciendo que “inmigración nos pide preguntar porque algunas personas pueden ser peligrosas”. Esa pregunta NO forma parte del examen médico migratorio, excepto cuando existe un diagnóstico médico de trastorno mental o un trastorno por uso de sustancias, que no era mi caso.
