This office has gone downhill since Dr. Goldman and Casanova left and it transitioned to Smilist. Over the past two + years things haven’t been the same. My cleanings have been subpar and everything feels rushed. The latest experience was the worst and I left the practice. Went here for a cap that I paid for in East Meadow that I had $600 dollar balance to finish the crown The office and told my wife that she had a credit through me to do hard dental work. They applied the credit and then charge me $2800 to do a crown ( $2200) difference , I even asked the dentist if I had a cavity she wouldn’t even do an exam told me I was not there to see if I had cavities, the dentist didn’t even care the office manager is obviously incompetent and oblivious and incompetent , I’m now looking into what autho... read more
Waited until the day before my appointment to call and let me know they were out of network for my insurance despite having my information for three weeks. Real class act guys.
I had a great experience at The Smilist Dental in Garden City. Brian, my dental hygienist, was wonderful—very professional and thorough. It was the best cleaning ! The staff at the front desk were friendly and made the entire process seamless. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
