Dr Choi is the best optometrist i had. The staff was very friendly and experienced.
Awful Experience – Unhelpful and Unprofessional - Go elsewhere. The staff here are completely unwilling to help or even try to resolve basic issues. After confirming my insurance coverage twice directly with my provider, they still claimed they couldn’t accept it. When I offered to provide the phone number from my insurance for them to call and confirm, they flat-out refused. No effort, no courtesy, just a hard stop. Absolutely unacceptable service. Avoid this place.
