Dr go is so swag. Ive found it very helpful and the staff and dr go are very respectful and nice.
Very horrible experience with staff. Called to get a medicine refill and was yelled at by receptionist and hung up on.
Dr. Go's Office has horrible front office staff. So many issues. Dr. Taylor canceled then; the next day called and asked if a refill was needed; the answer was no. An hour later received a call for payment of $195 since the Dr. called about the prescription. Appointment scheduling is an issue. Canceled appointments, then they will say they will contact you if there is an opening. If you call to check back, they say they weren't aware you were looking for an opening.
