The Front desk receptionist was very rude and aggressive. Doesn’t have compassion or respect for others. I came in with my elderly father to switch from another dentist to theirs, and when met by her (the receptionist who was older with glasses) she answered my questions with disrespect and rudeness. Dr. Gloria is very kind and patient. But the girl at the front desk is rude, aggressive and unprofessional. When I inquired about what I need to do to transfer from my previous dental clinic to this one, she refused to accept my case without explanation. I asked the reason and she answered impatiently, you don’t need to ask, we have already canceled your appointment, we don't accept your case. I’ve been in the care of Dr Loo for the last 5 years and I absolutely recommend him. Patient, careful and professional. I never liked going the dentist as I am very sensitive to pain but Dr Loo has always been very patient and very efficient.
