I would love to get an appointment with this office. I understand I need a referral but how can I know how to contact you all or if you're accepting new patients? No way to reach out, no email or phone number

Great doctor. Awful staff. The absolute worst. I had an appointment September 4th where I left with a hand written script to get an ultra sound. I’ve called and spoke to 7 people about how I have to have the information faxed. They never did. Lied and said they did. They are extremely rude when you call the office. It’s almost November 1st. You think they got my information faxed? No.
It’s really unfortunate, I was looking forward to seeing Dr. Cheney considering I can walk to her office and there are many glowing reviews on Google about her care. But, I’m not going to wait over 30m past my appointment time to see any doctor. I’m paying you for a service and you would likely cancel my appointment if I was that late. If you have any sort of set schedule or place to be I would highly recommend seeking care elsewhere.
