I have to admit I was very nervous about seeing Dr. Young because of the 2 negative comments on here, but I went anyway because I really needed some issue solved. Needless to say I am so glad I went. I absolutely love Dr. Young, he is one of the best Doctor's I've seen lately. I will highly recommend him to anyone! I will for sure being going back to him in the future! he was very thorough!!!!!!
I was referred to Dr. Young in December, 2014. Based on my symptoms he performed an endoscopy. I had a swelling in my esophagus but instead of doing a biopsy Dr. Young used a balloon to stretch the narrowing. My condition continued to worsen so Young wanted to do a colonoscopy even though I could not swallow food or liquid. So he refused to see me any further. Eventually I did find another GI doctor and it turned out that I had stage 4 esophageal cancer.
Excellent Doctor highly recommend him
