I had an umbilical hernia repair performed by Dr. Glenn T Hifumi and my experience has been extremely disappointing from the surgery to the aftercare. After the procedure, I continued to experience severe pain and complications that have not improved. I was seeing dr. Hifumi and when I finally got my CT exam done I schedule another appt to get my CT results, I was not informed that I couldn’t take my daughter she’s 10 yrs old to my dr. Appt. I waited a month or more for my results and when I showed up they refused to see me because I had my daughter with me. This is unacceptable they did not accommodate me, they had to reschedule my appt although i been waiting for my results for a month now. After my wife was diagnosed with DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ), we were overwhelmed with fear and uncertainty. However, after meeting Dr. Glenn T. Hifumi for her first consultation today, that fear completely disappeared. Dr. Hifumi was incredibly kind, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to both of us.
