Staff was rude. Dr. Glen was rude. My daughter and I were treated like Aetna welfare recipients. We have private insurance. My daughter needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed and basically he said that my insurance wouldn't pay what he wanted for the procedure. His Joliet location was filthy and out dated. I left feeling defeated. I did a little research and found an excellent oral surgeon who performed the procedure on the medical side because the wisdom teeth were still impacted. I was pleasantly surprised today to have an easy molar extraction. These reviews are not representative of Dr. Scheive. I barely felt the novocaine, and I didn't even know the tooth was out. I only had local anesthetic. The staff was so kind, courteous, and helpful. And besides all of it, the price was really reasonable with Delta Dental network.
