This practice is *HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL* and definitely *NOT HYGIENIC* placing cannulas into patients next to rubbish bin areas - their equipment and processes are shocking !!! Staff and treating Drs are *NOT TRAINED* properly. Reception staff are also *EXTREMELY RUDE and UNHELPFUL* and just hang up on you. Also having to WAIT over 2 hours !! I’m very disappointed with the situation. I booked my appointments 15 days in advance to ensure my ultrasound could be done within the specific weeks required. However, I was just informed less than a week before the appointment that it has been cancelled and I now have to find another place. This leaves me with almost no time and outside the appropriate timeframe for the scan. I find this very unprofessional and quite disrespectful toward patients. Receptionists are rude, considering the often sensitive nature of their business, the initial booking process was unfriendly enough.
