Had an amazing experience with staff member Lilly. She is very welcoming and made me feel super comfortable, She was professional, friendly, and went out of her way to explain everything clearly, from the paperwork to the wait times. Thanks for making my experience so pleasant!

Priyanka at Kogarah was absolutely amazing. I used to struggle and would end up being pricked multiple times in both hands. She managed to draw blood in just one go, quickly and painlessly. Her skill and professionalism made the whole experience so much easier.
