Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
